Reflexology: it's got to be good for you

Is reflexology as good as people say it is?

The answer I give every time is yes, but even I was surprised by the positive research involving so many health conditions.

In practice with only one session you will usually experience relaxation and a more peaceful state of mind. I often find people report sleeping better for several nights after the session. Other benefits clients mention to me have been greater energy, less fluid retention, and even some emotional release. Multiple sessions may be beneficial for more resistant conditions (see abstracts).

If you’ve never experienced foot reflexology before why not try it. Sessions are thirty minutes and involve working the many reflex points on the feet that relate to the different parts of the body.
