Water, water everywhere… oh boy four weeks in and I’m still forgetting to drink water, then later in the day I am drinking heaps to make up for the morning. Pre 1st follow-up with Phil and I feel heaps better, improved energy, I have stuck to the programme really well and because my daughter has seen how motivated I have been she has joined in, although not as religiously. One challenge has been water intake, so while I have increased my water intake to about 1.5 litres a day I’m still quite not getting the required 2 litres.
